Choosing a new product collection is no small task. First, we review product offerings from several major suppliers, and choose designs, colors, patterns and textures we believe the market is interested in. Our sales team is highly experienced, and they bring a wealth of insights based on what they hear from their customers. We then order samples in a large format to give the customer an accurate idea of what the product would look like, and collect responses. We repeat this process in several markets in order to gain an understanding of what the entire country is interested in, rather than being regionally focused. We aggregate the results, add our input and make a final choice. What is presented is the end result of an exhaustive process to provide the products innovative designers are looking for and cannot find elsewhere.
