We minimize the wait for superior-quality leather. Over 90 percent of orders ship within two business days. We maintain inventory of approximately two million square feet of leather, so it is readily available upon demand. In fact, our five most popular leather collections, totaling more than 250 colors, are part of a Guaranteed In Stock program. With this program, we promise to ship orders of up to 1,000 square feet of one dye lot within two business days of purchase, or the order ships for free.
Our sales and customer service representatives collaborate with you and work diligently to meet your needs. In addition to leather hides, we offer diverse innovative products, such as handcrafted wall panels and wall tiles fabricated in various shapes, sizes, colors and styles. Leather welts and rug bindings are made to order in any color. Our award-winning Tubular Wovens install easily without seams. Corporate and hospitality accessories, such as ice buckets, can be ordered in any Garrett color.
Furthermore, we offer numerous services for bespoke requests. Add texture to your leather with over 30 embossed patterns. We also offer perforating, as well as skiving. We can add logos or other personalization with laser etching or digital printing. Whatever the request, we work with you to find the best solution.

Garrett Leather is a trusted resource, providing superior-quality products on a consistent basis. Some best practices that we employ in our business are implementing thorough inspection procedures and upholding the most strict quality standards.
Inspection begins in Italy, where dye lot cuttings are scrutinized for proper thickness, color, hand and finish characteristics. We have invested in advanced equipment to continue the inspection process at our corporate headquarters, located in Buffalo, New York. Upon arrival, hides are measured using a computerized measuring machine that scans the entire hide and confirms accurate square footage. Colors are examined in a light box under different types of lighting scenarios. A photo spectrometer is used to measure the specific color values of the hide to ensure color consistency. All hides are individually barcoded and hung on wooden horses to relax and to prevent wrinkles from forming.
To further assist customers, detailed records are kept for every dye lot, including the total square footage, average hide size and the number of hides available. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unmarked and uncut hides may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
